[Spce-user] rtpengine Does not build on centos 6.5

Installing/upgrading both "kernel" and "kernel-headers" packages
followed by a reboot did the trick for me. Also had to install "gcc"
obviously.

The output of `uname -r` has to match a directory in /lib/modules/,
which in turn must contain a symlink "build" pointing to a valid kernel
source tree. This symlink was dangling on my stock install.
