[Spce-user] R: Problem Receiving Calls with complete E.164 number

Hi Alessandro,
this URI R=sip:0899358190 at 31.7.144.140:5060;transport=UDP as you can
see, doesn't match your subscriber.

If you create your subscriber as

39 089 9358190

you should rewrite the RURI from 0899358190 into 390899358190.
Maybe you missed how the Rewrite Rules works in SPCE.
I suggest you to read the handbook about that.
