I can think of a good reason for a feature such as: I would like to be able
to change a subscriber's CLI based on where they dial. For example, a
customer has a France DDI, so I would love to be able to change his CLI to
be the French DDI when he is calling ^33. and use his NL DDI when he dials
^31.
I'd like to have a table with
subscriber : destination : cli
...which could be looked up and if the destination matches this CLI is
used, otherwise the default one used.
More and more customers want "in-country" CLI presentation to go with their
in-country DDI.
