[Spce-user] SPCE v3.1 Edit subscriber master data - UI bug "Failed to update subscriber. (Duplicate entry '4')"

Hi folks - 

When we try to edit subscriber master data, for instance to add a number, we
get an error: "Failed to update subscriber. (Duplicate entry '4')."

>From testing and checking in the database, it appears that the reason for
this is that a change to the subscriber master data sets the webusername and
webpassword to blank, rather than null.

Then, as soon as another subscriber is updated, you have more than one
subscriber with webusername ="" , hence you get the duplicate message.

(In our model, we do not normally set webusername or webpassword.)

So it appears that the update from the GUI is updating the table with a
blank rather than a null.
