[Spce-user] CNAM Injection

Hi Aziz,

As of a year ago, there didn't seem to be a drop in solution.

However, please check here as it should be fairly easy to add it using an
HTTP request http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/3.3.x/modules/utils.
html#idm3240 for example in ROUTE_FIND_CALLER in your proxy.cfg.tt2.
