[Spce-user] GUI Inbound call cost 3.5.3

Outbound does show up on the GUI - just not inbound

I'm try to have "Source Cust Cost (cent)" in the GUI display INBOUND cost of  a call. This is useful to for Toll-Free numbers.

It is showing up in the CDR but not in the GUI

What do I need to do have this cost appear?

I have done the follow but it did not have any effect on the GUI portion

Concerning this subject I have noticed that negative rates are not possible within SPCE.
Is this a bug or a feature?
