[Spce-user] monitoring concurrent max overusage instead of forcing it

Dear SPCE,
I'd place that feature in 3 different location
1. subscriber level or Customer level (If i had to choose between the two - I'd choose subscriber)
1a. somewhere on the first page of the subscriber panel (similar to call history)
1b. under "sip profile" make it available for the subscriber if the admin wishes
2. reseller level
3. invoice
