[Spce-user] sip registration stuck 3.5.16

Hi Raul

That's the thing. There is no user with that issue. They all update fine.
The user I posted as an example updates correctly. And then, all of a
sudden one will appear in the web interface that got stuck and stay there.
Could be today, could be 2 weeks from now..
