[Spce-user] sip registration stuck 3.5.16

i'm editing the above file but I don't know exactly where i should put "modparam("usrloc", "db_ops_ruid", 1)"

where should it exactly be?

Can you please try to reproduce the problem adding this at the kamailio
proxy config?

modparam("usrloc", "db_ops_ruid", 1)
