[Spce-user] pwd less subscriptions

Hi,

Let's say all my subscribers are PSTN subscribers. I want to proxy calls
via providerCE to them and I want to avoid SIP challenge of such calls.

My question is can I create a subscriber w/o SIP password? And forward them
by default to peering server that takes call to PSTN.
