[Spce-user] Request Timeouts.

Getting allot of request timeouts while trying to reach subscribers.

This is a new machine that is multi-homed.

The public interface is eth1.

I used this command from the docs

ngcp-network --set-interface=eth0 --ip=auto --netmask=auto
ngcp-network --move-from=lo --move-to=eth0 --type=web_ext --type=sip_ext 
--type=rtp_ext --type=ssh_ext

The sip:provider CE Handbook mr3.5.1 replacing eth0 with eth1;

Is there anything else I should run?
