Thanks Andreas, and Jon. Found and enabled :)

One question on this. How does LCR decide which carrier to use. Does it
select between peering groups based on cost? Or servers within the
group? I can only see a way to assign contracts to peering groups so
presumably it looks at these contracts, finds the cheapest, and routes
over that?
