Not as far as I know. It would be a nice feature if the maximum channels
used was recorded somewhere.

However  ngcp does log any time a subscriber exceeds their concurrent_max
or concurrent_max_out. You could find these by:

grep "calls exceeded for caller" /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log
