[Spce-user] 3.8.1 Call Forward UI Validation + Message

Hello.

I just upgraded to 3.8.1 and noticed an inconsistency with the call 
forwards.

I try to setup a call forward and set the preference to "URI" I enter in 
the field "forward at remotehost.com:5070"

I get the error message on screen saying " URI must be in format 
"username", "username at domain" or phone number"

I have existing forwards that if I try to edit this message comes up as 
well. So in previous versions this was not an issue.

Let me know if I can provide further details to help remedy the issue.
