Hello Gerry,

you will have to

- import the UK ratesheet into a new Billing Profile
- create a contact for your UK carrier
- create a new perring contract and attach the billing profile and contact created in the previous steps
- create a new peering group and attach the peering contract created in the previous step
- go to peering group details for the peering group created in the previous step and
— add a peering server to the peering group
— add one or more peering rules to the peering group
