Hi,
if you want to call outbound as anoynous wyou can use the *31* defautl code:

31 - set Calling Line Identification Restriction for one call, e.g. to
call 431000 anonymously dial *31*01000.


If you mean to add a number to a block list via VSC, then this is not
possible, blocking outbound number is possible via web interface.
