This is weird because we don't see the transport flag in the offer
packet which means proxy is not passing to rtpengine the value of the
peer preference. Do you have any proxy.cfg.customtt.tt2 from the old
version by any chance? And what is the output of dpkg -l
ngcp-templates-ce-kamailio ?
