Hi,
I've encountered this issue once but was unable to find out what is
causing it. Please provide the dump of all numbers from the billing and
provisioning DBs:

select * from provisioning.voip_dbaliases where subscriber_id=73;
select * from billing.voip_numbers where subscriber_id=69;

The id of subscriber in billing.voip_numbers table is the one you see in
your browser's address bar when you go to subscriber details. The id in
provisioning database you can figure out by alias.

Please check if the two tables look in sync to you. Also, after you get
the lists of numbers please specify which ones of those are missing when
you get into Edit mode.

Regards,
Andrew
