[Spce-user] admin console only ruinning on 127.0.0.1 after update to mr3.6.2

Hi 
 
After updating to mr3.6.2 i can access the admin interface on port 1443 , it is only running on 127.0.0.1 . 
 
My network.yml is as below. Is there a new option i new to enable?
