[Spce-user] Issue with RTP proxy on dual interface host

Yep; that appears to have been it. I had used the suggested method of
migrating to dummy0 in the user guide; so it's possible that I grabbed an
old version or had missed a config section when doing it this time.

It looks like we now have 2 way RTP and everything is happy.
