[Spce-user] R: sipwise stopped billing unexpectedly

Hi Alessamdro,
looks like you have a destination which is not fetching any fees.
In this case rate-o-mat stops and waiting for the fix.
So just add the missing fees and rate-o-mat then will restart
automatically, catching up all the unrated CDRs.
No worries.
What I suggest is to monitor rate-o-mate state somehow, so you get
notified about his sstatus and you can react quickly.
