There is no auto-expiration in place since the keys are per
user/account and not per call-id. Have you noticed any common pattern
in the calls that get stuck in redis? Note that until version mr3.8.3
the counters would not be decreased after proxy restart. This has been
fixed in lua-ngcp-kamailio version mr3.8.4.1 by using $dlg_var
internally. If you experience the stuck calls time to time it may be
because there are some other bugs lurking around in the dialog module.
