yes, you would have to insert a new usr preference (check scripts in
/usr/share/ngcp-db-schema/db_scripts to see how we are going it) and
then you may access the value of that preference in your proxy.cfg file
as $xavp(caller_real_prefs[0]=>...) and append a header with it.
