[Spce-user] RTPEngine ICE Candidates Exchange

Hi,
well, discard my last suggestion.
Allowing INFO won't help in case of in-dialog INFO.
We support passing-through in-dialog INFO only, so we cannot update
rtpengine in the scenario you provided.
