[Spce-user] Issues calling specific areas and my carriers suggestion

Hello All,

I've recently began using sipwise as a proxy between a few carriers, one of these carriers handles calls for specific prefixes. For some of these prefixes (all of which appear to be owned by the same carrier) I cannot complete calls to, other prefixes complete with no issue. My provider suggested the following:

"I've looked through your packets being sent by your system and it appears that the packet size is a little too big for our upstream carriers. So the calls to that area are having issues. Is it possible for you to remove some of the extra Via header or Record route in your signaling. Typically packets don't have the extra routes and Vias for your private IP addresses. If you can cut down the packet size I believe that calls should be getting connected as expected. Let me know if that helps."

Is this possible to do is ngcp/sipwise, and is is really the correct answer?

Thanks!
