[Spce-user] help with rewrite rules

Hello!

I need assistance with rewrite rules and config debug.
I am stuck and it is driving me nuts!

I am on the french numbering plan which basicaly work like this:
For standard numbers it's a leading Zero plus 9 digits: 0ZABPQMCDU
Special numbers are 3 or 4 digits with no leading zero: 10XY or 3BPQ for 
exemple.

We don't have area codes any longer, but the numbering plan is split in:
01/02/03/04/05 Geo numbers
09 Non Geo personal numbers
06/07 mobile numbers
08 Premium rate numbers
10XY and 3BPQ are short numbers

So I set my NGCP numbers like this:
33+1+8 digits
CC+AC+Number

A regular national call is directly dialed 0ZABPQMCDU
An International call is dialed 00+CC+called number

When dialing out in E164 format with no rewrite rules, things are OK.
As soon as I imput rewrite rules, it all goes wrong with a message that 
says "the number you have dialed doesn't exist" or the prefix you have 
dialed doesn't exist...

With inboud I have a long silence after dialing and then it hangs up.

I have tryed a number of conbinations and rules but I can't seem get the 
proper combination.
So any help are more than welcomed!
