[Spce-user] need help to run for first time [ sipwise 3.0 ]

While I try to go to web app ( 127.0.0.1:1443 ) , there is nothing .
then I check if nginx is running & got this

[FAIL] nginx is not running ... failed!
root at serverA:~# service nginx start
Starting nginx: nginx: [emerg] BIO_new_file("/etc/apache2/ssl/myserver.crt")
failed (SSL: error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or
directory:fopen('/etc/apache2/ssl/myserver.crt','r') error:2006D080:BIO

nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed

So I stop all ssl service then nginx has started then I check for ngcp-panel
status & got this

root at serverA:~# service ngcp-panel status
ngcp-panel: unrecognized service 

can anyone explain this !! 

there is no /etc/sipwise folder in my system

root at serverA:~# cat /etc/sipwise_ngcp_version
cat: /etc/sipwise_ngcp_version: No such file or directory
