This is not correct and probably results from running the ngcp-network
command for setting adv_ip multiple times.

Please leave only one line with your IP and remove the other lines:
       advertised_ip:
         - 81.7.227.194

Afterwards do ngcpcfg apply, and that should fix your problem.
