[Spce-user] Mark host as banned

Hi,
if you do more then 50 reqeust from the same IP in 5sec, that IP will be
banned by default, because we detect this as an attack.
Se the config.yml:


      dos_reqs_density_per_unit: 50
      dos_sampling_time_unit: 5


so you should increase the number of density_per_unit to 100 for example.
