[Spce-user] outbound_from_user overwritten by peer_auth_user (FLB_PEERAUTH)

Hello!

Currently when "Remote Authentication"-credentials are added at a
peer, the "From:" is overwritten with the authentication user, no
matter what is configured in "Number Manipulations".

This issue has been reported several times before:

Andrew Pogrebennyk confirmed it and recommended to modify this line in
proxy.cfg.tt2:
    if($var(to_pstn) == 1 && isbflagset(FLB_PEERAUTH))


Is this still the recommended way to do this or is there a cleaner
workaround in mr3.7.1?
