[Spce-user] failed to create domain

hello

 I’m stuck in the config of sipwise on creating a domain. I checked around but did not find much except another thread with similar problem that did not help me.

I keep getting:

Failed to create domain. (A service could not be reached, "127.0.0.1", port 5582)

and in fact I do not have anything listening on that port:

I checked the config.yml and network.yml and did not notice much wrong except web_int under eth0 instead of lo, is this correct?

My guess is prosody did not start? is that possible?
