[Spce-user] failed to create domain

Which version do you use?
Is it fresh installation or upgrade from previous version?
Is it real server or virtual one?

The problem happens because ngcp-panel (WEB interface)
cannot connect to prosody (xmpp server) to finish domain configuration.

Can you please check 5582 availability using "netstat -anp | grep 5582"
and restart prosody via:
 > sudo /etc/init.d/prosody stop
check that no lus/prosody is up:
 > ps auxww | grep prosody
and then start it:
 > sudo /etc/init.d/prosody start

check Prosody port availability: "netstat -anp | grep 5582"

As I can see from config you sent:
 > -- used by [sipwise_]admin_telnet
 > console_port = 5582
 > console_interface = "127.0.0.1"
Prosody should listen this port.

Do you see something in Prosody log: /var/log/ngcp/xmpp.log ?
