[Spce-user] Forward DID to Remote SIP URI.

Hi,
in order to set up a CF to an outbound destination, you just need to go
to the subscriber's preferences, you will see the CF section.
You can click on Edit button and then you can choose the "URI/Number"
and set up you destination URI as "sip:user at domain".
