[Spce-user] New sip:provider CE mr3.7.1 available

Hi,

thanks for the great work!

a small bug report:
I just founded in the 3.7 version it is possible to terminate a billing
profile, so i used it immadiatelly. But on the dashboard main page the
big counter needs to adjust: it counts the termninated ones too.
