[Spce-user] Billing Fees

Hello,



This is my first post to this list and I have a few issues:

1.       Could you please send me an example of CSV file to update Billing
fees?

2.       I have a peering server which requires a certain prefix to add to
the destination number. Actually, I can choose between prefix 0101 for the
premium rate or prefix 0102 for the standard rate. Where should I configure
these prefixes?
