[Spce-user] Q Value

I have 2 asterisk servers registered to a single subscriber. Priority 1 and priority 2. It looks like sipwise tries 8 times the first pbx then tries the second PBX - taking a total of about 32 seconds before trying the second PBX. the problem is my provider drops the call after 30 seconds. I would like to shorten the number of tries before trying the second pbx, from 8 tries to 4 tries.

What should I do or is there a better solution?
