[Spce-user] Endpoint Provisioning

Hi Mike,

Right, there is no Sipwise support for phone provisioning in the SPCE,
but you can of course install (T)FTP and provide the config files for
your devices.

With that being said, we do support phone provisioning as part of the
HPBX module in our commercial offerings.
