Did you install if using ngcp-installer or install CD, VM/Vagrant?

I do not recall any places with unixtime in version.

You have to find the reason for this:

Check MySQL logs/ syslog/ check DSN records in constants.yml/ check
amount of used MySQL connections...
It is hard to say the reason of loosing connection without logs.
