[Spce-user] Stuck at "100 Trying" with mr3.7.1

Hello!

This morning I've done a simple "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade"
and "ngcpcfg apply", since then all INVITEs coming in and going out
are stuck at "100 Trying" - they don't seem to be forwarded in any
direction by kamailio.

I've done a checkout of the previous working configuration in
/etc/ngcp-config followed by "ngcpcfg apply", but that has not changed
anything, so the problem does not seem to be related to the
configuration-files. Since I've also removed the customtt-files in
both proxy and lb, this should be a vanilla-installation now.

I'm pretty much at loss right now, I believe this is a minor cause
(with major effects).

I'm aware that the information I'm providing in this mail is a bit
sparse, however there is not much more I can find, there are no errors
in the logs and the sip-traces just show that INVITEs that are
answered by "100 Trying" and then timeout at some point, as no further
answers are sent by ngcp.

Maybe this already rings a bell with someone and you can give me a
hint where to look, otherwise I'd be glad to provide any further debug
info I have.
