I am checking memory utilization to see whether it could be running low and causing the MySql to fail on insert.

Thanks William.

I'd been tailing the Kamailio log file and using grep to show only for particular string.

 

I found database insert errors before SPCE drops the call.

Mar  1 07:46:44 sipbc-2 proxy[4581]: ERROR: db_mysql [km_dbase.c:122]: db_mysql_submit_query(): driver error on query: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

 

Then the next call comes through and is successful.

It looks like a MySQL error. The Service is running fine.

Any ideas how to resolve this one?

tail -f /var/log/ngcp/kamailio-proxy.log

Hi,

Does anyone know what would cause SPCE to reject a call with error code 500 Internal error? 

So calls are dropped and some are processed.
