[Spce-user] Failed to create subscriber (couldn't open pipe to sendmail)

Hi,

looks like you don’t have enough free resources on your system.
Can you post the output of `free –m` from the console?
Can you see any out-of-memory messages in `dmesg`?

Hello,

i created arround 100 subscribers last week without problems, but today i wanted to do the same but, everytime I press "save",tried it 3 times, I get "Failed to create subscriber" message on the webinterface.

I checked /var/log/ngcp/panel.log and found this Error message "MSG="Failed to create subscriber (couldn't open pipe to sendmail (/usr/sbin/sendmail): Cannot allocate memory".

Has anybody a solution for this..?
