[Spce-user] check_sip_ngs

The check_sip_ngs tool is used for "Check the responsiveness of a SIP server”.

I have not checked the script in detail to see where it might go into a loop or wait for to much time, however if everything is fine with your server than the check_sip_ngs should probably terminate within miliseconds.

Did you apply any changes manually? Directly to the configuration files? If yes, which?
Did you add firewall rules on the loopback or dummy interface? If yes, which?
Did you add firewall rules on the eth0 interface? If yes, which?

Eventually you can post the whole process name (eventually with options) of the process that gets stuck,
