Dear Manu,

Please assign web_int type to proper network interface in
/etc/ngcp-config/network.yml and run "ngcpcfg apply".

By default admin access is restricted to localhost only for security reason.

Manuals recommends you move web_int from=lo to=eth0:

Feel free to ignore warning "Use of uninitialized value", it is already
fixed in upcoming release. Tnx!
