My Bad, I Fixed that. Sorry for wasting your time. And thanks for pointing me in right direction.
But right now I can only see local preview on both the ends and no remote video is coming.
Which logs you will require.

the proxy and lb logs are showing that the call was sent to the registered location of the user, which is 'sip:10.10.60.121:45954;transport=ws'. The 482 loop detected came from the IP=ws:10.10.60.121:45954:
