[Spce-user] Moving spce from virtual to phisical server

Dear All,

i've a spce running on vmware, now i need to move it on a phisical server.

 

What's the rigth procedure

 

1)      Upgrade to newer version

2)      Backup

3)      Restore to newer version installed on new server

 

Or other procedure ?

 

Plese suggest me the rigth procedure.
