Dear Tarak,

Dependencies are publicly available, you can start with ngcp-ngcp-ce and 
follow down with dependencies list:
https://github.com/sipwise/metapackages/blob/master/debian/control

The answer from Sipwise is: we never tried, but I am sure that it is
possible to install NGCP even on windows, the only question in time & price.

What is the point of doing that?
