snmpd is pro only tool AFAIK. You'll need to integrate snmpd with the
information gathered by yourself.

Many of the information is already present in rrd files created by collectd.
You can find them in /var/lib/collectd/rrd AFAIR.

You can add process monitoring as usual and other checks.
