[Spce-user] Waking the mobile device upon receiving the call

Hi there,

i was wondering is it possible to upon receiving a call destined to client
which is on some mobile device and it's not currently registered (client is
sleeping),  to make a http (or whatever) call to platform which will wake
up the client using push notification, and establish a call after that?
