[Spce-user] Peer to peer type of config

Hello,

I'm having troubles to configure Peer1 to Peer2 type of routing.
Apart of heaving some UAs registered i just wanted to achieve following
config:
- if Peer1 sends call request it should be first checked against NGCP
configured subscribers and its numbers then rerouted over Peer2 (if
requested number is not found).

Could you please give me a hint how to do this?
