[Spce-user] Feature Request: Fraud Control and NCOS

Hi,

It would be nice to add some mechanism to change NCOS profile of a
subscriber  if
reach monthly or daily limit.

For example,  you may want to allow national landline call  but not
international.
Changing the NCOS  automaticaly  instead  of lock all outgoing calls would
be a great improvement and will add flexibilty.
